Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Bahia with an MBA from INSEAD/France.

He started his professional career working for 5 years in the financial area of Construtora OAS as a planning and cost manager. He was co-founder and partner of the real estate company Binswanger Brasil, where he remained for 5 years. After the MBA, he worked in multinational companies in Europe and Latin America, where he held positions of CEO and VP of Business Development. In the last 8 years, he has developed experience in the longevity economy, as Executive Director at the MAG Group, where he developed the longevity platform, composed of two Group companies led by him from the beginning.
